All sales of digital products, including custom-developed software, web applications, themes, and plugins, are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This policy is in place due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital content.
Payments made for custom software or web development projects are non-refundable once the project has started and resources have been allocated. If you are unsatisfied with any deliverables, we encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Partial refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
The project has not yet started.
No significant development work has been completed.
Both parties agree upon written termination of the contract.
If you experience a technical issue with a product or service:
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to provide a fix or solution, a partial refund may be considered depending on the case.

Service-based payments (e.g., maintenance plans, hosting, technical support) are non-refundable once the service period has started. If you cancel before the service period begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.
